“Move for 53”

In honor of our nation’s 53rd year of Independence, challenge yourself to complete:

 

53 minutes of physical activity three times each week throughout July.  Invite friends, coworkers, and family members to participate and make wellness part of your Independence celebration.

 

Activities can include:

  • Dancing to Junkanoo music
  • Walking or jogging (see The Walk)
  • Swimming
  • Cycling
  • Group fitness classes
  • Family outdoor activities
