“Move for 53”
In honor of our nation’s 53rd year of Independence, challenge yourself to complete:
53 minutes of physical activity three times each week throughout July. Invite friends, coworkers, and family members to participate and make wellness part of your Independence celebration.
Activities can include:
- Dancing to Junkanoo music
- Walking or jogging (see The Walk)
- Swimming
- Cycling
- Group fitness classes
- Family outdoor activities
