Heart-Healthy Tuna Salad Sandwich
2 bread slices whole grain
1 Tuna can
2 tablespoons Low fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Mustard
Green onion
¼ Red onion chopped
1-2 Lettuce leaves
Seasoning to taste
Instructions
In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
Spread tuna mixture over the bread.
