Mental Health Awareness Week (Oct 6–12)

World Mental Health Day (Oct 10)

The last quarter of the year can feel like a marathon—work deadlines, family responsibilities, financial pressure, and holiday stress. It’s important to check in with yourself, take a breath, and reset your mental space.

Here’s how you can show up for yourself this week and beyond:

Daily 15-Minute Mental Breaks
Unplug. Go outside. Breathe deeply. Turn off your phone and give your mind a chance to just be. Try scheduling these mental breaks like appointments.

Try This: 7-Day Mental Reset Challenge
Each day during Mental Health Week, focus on one of the following:

  1. Gratitude Monday: List 3 things you’re thankful for
  2. Take a Walk Tuesday: 15–30 min outside with no phone
  3. Wellness Wednesday: Try a guided meditation or stretch
  4. Thoughtful Thursday: Write down one thing weighing on you—then release it
  5. Feel Good Friday: Watch or listen to something that makes you laugh
  6. Self-Care Saturday: Do something just for you
  7. Soulful Sunday: Reflect, pray, or call someone you love
