1 cup chilled coconut water

½ cup pineapple

½ cup mango

Juice of ½ lime

Ice & mint to blend

Why it works: Hydrating, high in electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium), vitamin-rich, and naturally sweet.
